- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoonful baking soda
- 1 teaspoonful baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoonful salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine/butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoonful vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoonful cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoonful nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoonful all spice
- 2 large ripe banana
- 1 cup blueberries
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C ).
- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl
- Mix sugar and butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy
- Add eggs, one at a time, mix well.
- Mash bananas, add vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon powder, mix spice
- Add flour mixture a little at a time
- Fold in blueberries until evenly distributed.
- Line muffin tin with paper, pour batter into muffin tin and small loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes
- Cool for 10 minutes then serve
