Blueberry Banana Muffin made with fresh blueberries and banana

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonful baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine/butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoonful vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoonful cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonful nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoonful all spice
  • 2 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C ).
  • Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl
  • Mix sugar and butter with an electric mixer  in a large bowl until light and fluffy
  • Add eggs, one at a time, mix well.
  • Mash bananas, add vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon powder, mix spice
  • Add flour mixture a little at a time
  • Fold in blueberries until evenly distributed.
  • Line muffin tin with paper, pour batter into muffin tin and small loaf pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes
  • Cool for 10 minutes then serve
